Returns and Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

You may return your garments within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that:

• The garments are unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

• The garments have not been washed, dry-cleaned, or carry any odour indicating wear.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size or color.

• For a different product design, request a refund and place a new order for the desired garment.

Due to the medical nature of our products, garments worn post-surgery cannot be returned. Any worn or used garments returned to us will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Return Instructions

1. Start your return online:

   Complete our online return form at www.lipoelasticshop.com/returns. You will receive a pre-filled return label by e-mail, print it and include it with your parcel. If you cannot print it, write your reference number on a sheet of paper and include it instead.

2. Return Address:

3. Shipping:

   Customers are responsible for return postage. Please retain tracking information for your return as we are not liable for its management or delivery.

4. Processing Time:

   It may take up to 14 days to process your return. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Exchange Process

• Select "Exchange for a different size/colour" in the online form at www.lipoelasticshop.com/returns and tell us the size or colour you want. Your request is sent to our team automatically.

• Once your returned garment is received and inspected, the new size or colour is shipped to you free of charge (5+ working days).

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving and examining the returned item(s).

• Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

• We are not obligated to provide a refund before the return is received or evidence of its shipment is supplied.

Additional Guidance

• To ensure proper sizing, try on garments carefully. Avoid wearing makeup, perfume, or body lotion when trying on garments to prevent damage.

• Repeatedly worn garments will not be accepted for return or exchange.
